Mandarin Yoghurt Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 0.5 (310 g) canned mandarin segments, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey
Topping
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Combine yoghurt, mandarins, banana & honey in a bowl.
- To make topping: Stir oats in a pan over heat until lightly toasted: cool, combine with cinnamon & honey.
- Serve yoghurt sprinkled with topping.
