Mama W's Homemade High Fiber Muesli

Yields: 20 1/2 cup servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups puffed quinoa
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup whole flax seed
- 1⁄4 cup Bulgar wheat (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
- 1⁄2 cup almonds, slivered (or crushed)
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and store for several weeks in cupboard. If you store it longer, store it in the fridge or freezer to prevent oils in seeds and nuts from going rancid.
