Macchi Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 4 tablespoons tikka paste (Patak's Cilantro and Ginger Tikka Paste preferred)
Directions
- Mix yogurt and tikka paste together in a baggie; add chicken and marinate for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until fully cooked.
