Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup strawberries or 1⁄2 cup berries, of choice
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat yogurt (your choice)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well to combine.
- Pour into a tall glass with some ice cubes for a great start to your day!
