Low Fat Strawberry Smoothie

I usually have this smoothie for breakfast, although there's usually enough left over that I refrigerate and drink the rest later as a snack. For the recipe's sake I don't use honey but RecipeZaar doesn't have the nutritional info on Agave Syrup (agave is low on the glycemic index) and I prefer Agave Syrup over honey as sometimes it does impart a different taste, but the caloric info is roughly the same. Directions

  1. Place yogurt and strawberries in covered blender container and puree on high.
  2. Add the ice cubes. Once the ice cubes have been pulverized mixture should be almost "too" thick add the Agave Syrup and vanilla.
  3. Blend for another 15 seconds or so.
