Low Fat/High Protein Yogurt Pudding

Simple, high protein, low cal, low fat snack / light meal. Create any flavor you like. The protein content will vary with your powder. I consider a serving of protein powder to be 30 to 40 grams, but if you need more or less by all means make the adjustment. Please don't use a food processor or blender for this as you need to beat some air into the mix. Over-processing will thin the mixture. Show more
