Low-Fat Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup low calorie sweetener
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 mashed bananas
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- 1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
- 2. Add eggs and mix well.
- 3. Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Add bananas and sour cream and mix well.
- 5. Add chocolate chips.
- 6. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
