Low Fat Broccoli Salad

Low fat yet delicious version of the broccoli salad/slaw.

  1. If vegetables are not already diced, use a food processor for quick chopping.
  2. Pour diced vegetables into medium size bowl.
  3. Add dried cranberries.
  4. Add poppyseed dressing.
  5. Mix all ingredients well and serve.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3-4 days.
  7. OPTIONAL: Add slivered almonds or diced raw almonds to add texture.
