Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon low sodium salt
- 1⁄4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 bananas, mashed
Directions
- Beat egg whites which are just substitution for one egg.
- Stir in milk and yogurt which is substitution for applesauce or veg oil.
- Stir in rest of ingredients
- Bake in greased muffin tins at 400F for about 20 minutes.
