Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana (cut into slices and frozen)
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ice cubes
- sugar (optional)
Directions
- Place the sliced bananas then the yogurt, milk, dry milk powder, vanilla, ice cubes and sugar (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
