Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup artificial sweetener (yellow packets)
- 3 bananas, peeled
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into plastic freezer jars (the new kind by Ball jars for jelly making, they are perfect for this single serving size lidded jar). Freeze 3-4 hours for semi hard serve or overnight for firm freeze. Freezing hours are included under the cooking time in this format.
