Linda's Cream Cheese Frosting

GREAT on just about any cake! Especially good on Linda's Carrot Cake and Dawn's Amish Friendship Cake With Starters.

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1  tablespoon milk
• 2 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  dash salt
• 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients, and mix until smooth.
2. Frost cake, sprinkle pecans on top, and put in refrigerator to chill before eating.
