Lightened Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli florets, small florette pieces
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons dried craisins
- 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
- 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Wash fresh broccoli, cut into small bite-sized pieces.
- Place in deep bowl.
- Add onion, crasins and almonds; toss.
- In separate bowl, blend mayo, Splenda & vinegar till smooth.
- Pour over broccoli mixture, toss well until coated.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
