Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce (optional)
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons minced red bell peppers
Directions
- In a blender combine the following; yogurt, mayo, milk, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt and chipotle pepper. blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a small bowl and stir in the pickle relish and bell pepper.
