Light Lemon Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- zest of one lemon
- salt and pepper
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1⁄4 cup radish, sliced
Directions
- To cook potatoes: peel and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Put into pot of water; before boiling drain water amd refill to one inch above potatoes and add 1 tsp salt. Bring to boil and simmer for about 5-8 mins until just barely tender. Drain and put immediately back into hot pot and cover. Let sit while you make the dressing.
- Mix other ingredients and toss with warm potatoes. Chill and serve.
