Light Healthy Fried Rice With Bacon

This was a recipe I modified from a Weight Watchers recipe.

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Chop broccoli and carrot to small chunks and cook.
  3. Cook garlic, onion, capsicum and bacon in pan, using enough water to stop it sticking, if required.
  4. Add vegetables, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce to pan and stir until warmed through.
