Ingredients
- 2 cups pastry wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1 1⁄4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup safflower oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Sift together the dry ingredients, stir in the wet ingredients until combined. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
