Lemon-Yogurt Vinaigrette

Yields: 1 cup or a little more
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 1 1⁄2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- Whisk everything together except the yogurt.
- When well blended whisk in the yogurt.
