Lemon & Cream Pops

This is a Taste of Home recipe. Great for a hot summer day! Freezing time is not included in recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (may use low fat)
• 1  cup milk (whole milk preferred, but can use 2%)
• 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  grated lemon peel

Directions

1. Whisk ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour into 8 ice pop molds or paper cups (3 oz.).
3. Top with holders or wooden sticks.
4. Freeze 6-8 hours, or until solid.
