Lemon & Cream Pops

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (may use low fat)
- 1 cup milk (whole milk preferred, but can use 2%)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into 8 ice pop molds or paper cups (3 oz.).
- Top with holders or wooden sticks.
- Freeze 6-8 hours, or until solid.
