Lamb Kebabs With Yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
Marinade
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄2 tablespoon oregano
Yoghurt Sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together, place in bowl with lamb.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight if possible.
- Grill 10-15 minutes or til cooked as desired.
- Sauce: Mix all ingredients together, serve with lamb.
