Lamb Biriani

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cooked basmati rice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except yogurt, cornstarch, salt and pepper, and rice, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Stir in combined yogurt and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
