Korean Mustard Sauce Seasoning

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 7 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine mustard powder with boiling water. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Add additional ingredients and mix well.
