Karen's Pineapple Bread Stuffing

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup melted light butter (or margarine)
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute (or 4 eggs)
- 12 ounces bread cubes
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a 6x9 baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or more until set.
