Jackyes Broccoli Salad

Serves: 6-8
Yields: 8 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (or veganaisse)
- 1⁄4 cup WheyLow granular (or sugar)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (with garlic if available)
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
- Drain the mandarins and add to the bowl.
- In a smaller bowl mix together the mayo, whey-low and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing onto the vegetables.
- Stir gently just to spread the dressing around.
- Refrigerate and serve.
