Italian Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli
- 3 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon slivered fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Steam broccoli, 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Place turkey, broccoli, bell pepper and olives in a salad bowl.
- In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
