Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 4 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 lbs pork shoulder
Directions
- Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes.
- Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute.
- Grind.
- Shape sausage into patties.
