Italian Chili #Ragu

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- hot sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb white beans, prepared
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- 32 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 ounces Ragú® Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 1⁄2 cups bow tie pasta
Directions
- Chop vegetables. Saute veggies until onions are transparent.
- Add seasoning and stir.
- Brown italian sausage and ground beef.
- Combine meat and veggies in large stock pot.
- Add tomato sauce and chicken broth.
- Add tomatoes.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add pasta. Cook until aldente.
- Immediately before serving stir in arugula until it wilts.
- Ladle up and enjoy!
