- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup frozen fruit juice
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat milk or 3⁄4 cup skim milk
Directions
- (Pureed fresh fruit or frozen fruits may be used in place of fruit juice.).
