Hot Nacho Sauce

Very yummy dip to have with nachos

• Serves: 16
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 4  plum tomatoes, diced
• 1  onion, thinly diced
• 4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  ounce  jalapeno pepper, thinly diced
• 4  ounces  old cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 (454 g) package Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. Mix all together then place in large greased, covered casserole.
2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour; stir frequently.
3. Remove lid for last 15 minutes of cook time.
4. Cool just to warm before serving with nacho chips.
