Hot Broccoli Dip

A nice dip for the upcoming holiday season.

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain, reserving liquid.
  2. Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup.
  3. Fit the steel blade into the work bowl of a food processor.
  4. Combine broccoli, liquid, garlic, Worcestershire, sour cream and dry soup mix in the work bowl.
  5. Process until broccoli is chopped into 1/8 inch pieces.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  7. To serve hot, heat dip in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  8. Do not boil.
  9. Serve with corn chips. Makes about 3 cups.
