Hot Artichoke-Garlic Dip

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 -4 minced fresh garlic (or more)
- 1 (13 3/4ounce) can drained chopped artichokes
- 4 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (grating it yourself will help it melt more completely)
- paprika
- sliced French bread or bagel chips or carrots or celery
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in 2 small baking dishes, or one larger baking dish.
- Dust with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes for 2 small dishes, 30 minutes for 1 larger dish.
- Toast bread.
- Enjoy!
