Horseradish Cream Sauce

• Yields: 2 1/2 CUPS

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup  prepared  white horseradish, drained
• 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh chives
• 2  tablespoons  chopped shallots
• 1  teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Chill at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
