Honey Baked Black Eyed Peas (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried black-eyed peas
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 3⁄4 cup honey
Directions
- Cover peas with water and cook on low overnight.
- Fry bacon until crisp; discard fat.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low 8-9 hours.
