Holiday Berries & Bows Pasta Salad

My aunt made this for us, and it is so good. You can make it anytime, not just the holidays.

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 6 cups

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Drain and rinse pasta.
  3. While pasta boils, combine shallots and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved.
  5. Slowly stir in olive oil.
  6. In large bowl toss the rest of ingredients together.
  7. Chill.
