High-Fiber Low-Fat Oatmeal Cakes

Ingredients
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup dried fruit (cut into small pieces)
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk
Directions
- Grind oats in blender.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Cream together wet ingredients and sugar.
- Fold in egg white.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Form into 12 patties.
- Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
