Herbed Feta Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients
- 2 medium English cucumbers, peeled
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- fresh thyme leave, as garnish
Directions
- Half cucumbers lengthwise.
- Scoop seeds and centers into small bowl. Add cheese, yogurt, and spices. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into cucumbers. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Cut into small wedges, garnish, and serve.
