Hearty Vegetable Tomato Sauce

A Fragrant and hearty tomato sauce that taste great with any pasta.

Ingredients

• 1  cup celery, chopped
• 1  cup onion, Chopped
• 1  cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 1  cup carrot, chopped
• 1  cup fresh spinach, chopped
• 1  cup fresh broccoli, chopped
• 8  ounces tomato paste
• 8  ounces tomato sauce
• 3  tablespoons garlic, minced
•  salt
•  pepper

Directions

1. First, take all of the fresh ingredients puree.
2. Combine Tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt pepper and garlic, blend until liquified.
3. In a saucepan, bring to a boil for 5 minutes, reduce heat to a low simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy with your favorite pasta.
