Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) carton  your favorite yogurt
  • 1  bananas or 1  fruit
  • 13 cup  cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1  tablespoon soy powder
  • 12 cup  crushed  ice (MORE ICE if you want it thicker)

Directions

  1. Add ice to blender with juice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick, ENJOY.
