Healthy Spinach Dip for Veggies

A very simple dip to make. Serve with fresh-cut vegetables or pita chips, or spread on a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 10  ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 16  ounces  plain no-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1  ounce  vegetable soup mix, such as Lipton brand (a dry mix)

Directions

  1. In dish towel, squeeze out all remaining water from spinach.
  2. Mix all ingredients and let the flavors have time to marry together -- an hour or two if possible.
