- 2 ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 ounces . orange juice
- 2 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 ounce flax powder or 1 ounce wheat germ
- 2 ounces ice
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a few raspberries.
