Ingredients

  • 2  ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2  ounces  .  orange juice
  • 2  ounces plain yogurt
  • 1  ounce  flax powder or 1  ounce wheat germ
  • 2  ounces  ice

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with a few raspberries.
