Healthy Mediterranean Feta Dip #1 (Spicy)

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves (smashed and finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 fresh dill, sprigs (chopped) (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl using a strainer and paper towel drain the yogurt from excess water for about 30 minute.
- In a separate bowl mix the above ingredients including the drained yogurt.
- Serve with warm pita bread (or tortillas) wedges brushed with olive oil.Bon Apetit!
