Healthy Mayo and Choco-Chip Muffins

I loved this muffin recipe so much I refused to give it up. The original recipe had 260 calories per muffin, and I managed to reduce it to 150 (to my calcs; the site is usually off) without sacrificing much of the taste or texture. Now I can almost have 2 muffins for the price of 1 ;) haah, not really. Show more

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 (F).
  2. PAM a 12-cup muffin pan and set aside.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  4. Add the wet ingredients (milk last) and mix.
  5. Spoon into cups and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
