Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mountain high yogurt (Not Greek)
- coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Directions
- Put around 4 big table spoons of yogurt in the blender. Then add 1 cup of the frozen berries. Add coconut milk as needed.
- The less coconut milk you put in, the thinner your drink will be. If you would rather eat it with a spoon, put in less coconut milk;.
