Healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
Pie
- 1⁄2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1⁄2 large apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat milk
- sugar substitute, to taste
Topping
- 1⁄4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- sugar substitute, to taste
Directions
- Fill a large bowl with oats and chopped apple.
- Cover with water and stir.
- Place in microwave and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cinnamon, milk and sugar substitute
- Return to microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sugar substitute
- Remove oatmeal from microwave and top with yogurt.
