Ingredients
- 4 1⁄2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup butter
- 8 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 4 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 1⁄4 teaspoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients and whip on high speed until slightly fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients and blend.
- Bake 350. About 35 minutes for mini-loaf.
