Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry buttermilk
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) can minced clams, drained (reserving 2 tablespoons liquid)
- 1⁄4 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
- In small mixer bowl beet yogurt, buttermilk powder, cayenne and clam liquid until smooth.
- stir in remaining ingredients.
- cover and chill thoroughly.
