Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat English muffin (or whole oat bran or 2 small pita bread rounds)
- 1⁄4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup strawberry, sliced
- 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions
- Toast muffin halves and spread with yogurt.
- Spoon strawberries on muffin halves.
- Sprinkle with crushed pineapple.
- Eat and enjoy!
