Ham Loaf

Ingredients
For the ham loaf
- 1 lb ground ham
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
For the glaze
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for the ham loaf and mix well. Place in a large loaf pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree farenheit oven for 1 1/2-2 hours.
- Baste every half hour with the glaze mixture.
