Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Quiche

Yields: 1 quiche
Ingredients
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 cups broccoli, in florets (small head)
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (can use cream or evaporated milk too)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- white pepper
- salt (optional)
Directions
- preheat oven to 375.
- spray an 8x8 glass pan with non stick spray.
- sprinkle raw broccoli, ham and cheese in, mixing them together.
- whisk eggs with milk, dijon mustard and white pepper to taste.
- pour over the ham/broccoli/cheese
- bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- cool 10 minutes before cutting.
