Gruyere Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄4 half-and-half cream
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups gruyere cheese
Directions
- Slice potatoes thinly.
- Mix all ingredients holding out 1 cup of cheese. lay out potatoes and pour mixture over potatoes.
- Cook for approximately 45 minutes at 400°F.
